Lauren began her passion for cheer and dance in middle school. It continued through high school and college as she cheered for 4 years at Butler University.

Chrome Fitness has been home to Lauren since the day it opened. She has been pole dancing since 2012 and has been an instructor since 2013. Her specialty has been teaching chair dancing classes through monthly workshops since 2015. She is also a certified Back It Up! (TM) instructor.

She has been dancing professionally as an Indiana Pacemate since 2014 and is an Algebra teacher at a local high school. In her little free time, she enjoys shopping, napping, and building puzzles.
